Strategic Account Assessment FAQ

Congruity will partner with you to identify five (5) of your top strategic customers. From there, you will select the most appropriate person from each account to complete the Assessment. We recommend a key decision maker or the day-to-day point of contact.

By having a methodical and measurable approach to strategic customer engagement, you are better equipped to retain and grow customers, gain valuable insights to help guide your decision-making, and leverage key customer relationships to create advocates for your brand. This systematic approach is rare in the marketplace and will result in a significant competitive advantage.

  • You are committed to improving the Customer Experience in 2024 and you want their input
  • You have contracted a third party, The Congruity Group, to gather this input
  • They should set aside 30-45 minutes to complete the questionnaire
  • Their responses will be anonymous – only aggregated information across accounts will be shared
