The Congruity Group is proud to announce their most recent new hire and welcomes Melissa Marks as the company’s Vice President. Melissa will be responsible for the creation and execution of all marketing strategies to drive revenue and grow the Congruity brand, as well as ensuring operational excellence as it relates to their clients.

Melissa joins The Congruity Group most recently from a marketing leadership role with Shumsky/Boost Engagement where she ran multiple customer-facing programs.

Marks will be developing and implementing an overall corporate marketing strategy, ensuring the flawless delivery of customer initiatives, and building out the team of program managers and customer engagement strategists at Congruity.
